Ben holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Science and Osteopathic Medical Science, with further qualifications in Sports Science, Functional Medicine, and Mindfulness.

Ben worked alongside Consultant Paediatric Osteopaths treating pre- and postpartum mothers and diverse paediatric patients, from prematurity, neurotypical to neurodivergent children.

Ben helps clients explore factors influencing their health, such as lifestyle and nutrition. Also an active outrigger paddler, he understands how important posture and sports recovery are.
